Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 13, 2026

DeepVest ("DeepVest", "we", "us", "our") takes your privacy rights very seriously. We are committed to transparently describing our privacy practices, including how we collect, use, and disclose:

  • (a) your personal or personally identifiable information ("Information"); and
  • (b) data we obtain from your activity on the Services ("Data")

This applies to our Website deepvest.ai, licensed Software (as defined in the Terms), and the services we provide under our Terms and/or any Order Form or Schedule (collectively, the "Services").

By accepting our Terms and/or this Privacy Policy or by accessing the Services, you expressly consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of your Information and Data. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into our Terms.

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. Continued use of our Services after changes indicates your consent. We'll notify you in advance of material changes and obtain your consent when required.

All capitalized terms not defined here shall retain the meaning defined in the Terms.

1. Scope of Application

We use your personal information only in accordance with this policy unless required by law. This Privacy Policy applies to personal information we collect:

  • On the Services
  • In email, text, and other electronic messages between you and DeepVest

Third-party links: Our Services may contain links or integrations with third-party websites or platforms. We do not control their privacy practices. Please review their respective privacy policies.

2. What Information We Collect

We collect the following types of data:

A. Personal Information

Can directly or indirectly identify you:

  • Account Info: Name, email, location, encrypted password, and your mobile number if you opt in to SMS alerts
  • User Content: Uploaded files, input, feedback
  • Payment Info: Collected via third-party processors (not stored on our servers)

B. Non-Personal Information

Does not reveal your identity:

  • Aggregated statistical data
  • Usage data (e.g. page visits, interactions, browser type)

3. How We Collect Information

A. Direct Interactions

Via forms, messages, account creation, etc.

B. Automated Technologies

When you visit our website or use the Services, we and our partners automatically collect device and usage information (IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, links clicked, referring site, and approximate location) using cookies, pixels, and similar technologies:

  • Product analytics: We use PostHog to understand how the Services are used, including which campaign or ad link brought you to our website. For signed-in users this includes session recordings of how you navigate the product, with text and form inputs masked.
  • Website analytics and advertising: Our website uses Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager; the LinkedIn Insight Tag; HubSpot tracking, including HubSpot's advertising pixel and its form-capture script, which records what you enter in forms on our website; and a visitor-identification service (Steerco) that, with its data partners, may associate your visit with your company or business contact details. These partners may use this information to measure and target advertising, including on other websites.
  • Forms: Some pages embed HubSpot forms. When you choose to fill one in, HubSpot receives what you submit on our behalf.
  • Support, payments, and reliability: Intercom powers in-app support chat; Stripe processes payments; Cloudflare protects the site against abuse and measures its performance; embedded videos (YouTube, Vimeo, Wistia) may set their own cookies when played; Sentry and Dash0 record errors and performance data so we can fix problems.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use your Information and Data to:

  • Determine your eligibility as a user
  • Provide and improve the Services
  • Fulfill your requests
  • Communicate with you (including support and promotional emails)

5. Disclosure of Your Information

We may disclose Personal Information:

  • To subsidiaries, affiliates, contractors, and third-party providers
  • In case of a merger, acquisition, or sale
  • To enforce rights or comply with legal obligations
  • To protect rights, property, or safety of users or others
  • With your consent

Mobile numbers and SMS consent. If you opt in to text-message alerts, we use your mobile number and your SMS opt-in consent only to send you the verification code and the MonitorLab alerts you asked for. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The disclosures above exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; that information will not be shared with any third party. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP.

Sale, sharing, and targeted advertising. The advertising and visitor-identification tools described in Section 3 may count as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (identifiers and internet activity), or as "targeted advertising", under some U.S. state privacy laws. We do not otherwise sell personal information, and we do not knowingly sell or share the information of anyone under 16. You can opt out at any time; see Section 7.

Your Privacy Choices

Opt out of targeted advertising and the sale or sharing of your personal information. This turns off Google Analytics and Tag Manager, our advertising pixels, HubSpot tracking, and visitor identification in this browser. Product analytics (PostHog) and support chat (Intercom) stay on, as they only work for DeepVest. The page refreshes to apply your choice.

The choice is saved in this browser; repeat it on other browsers and devices. Cookies these tools set before you opted out stay until you clear them in your browser. For any other privacy request, including access or deletion, email [email protected].
